Frequently Asked Questions

 Reservations are preferable but not required. While reservations take priority, we accept walk-ins based on availability. It is strongly recommended to call prior to arrival to see if walk in are available that day. If we happen to be at capacity, we will be happy to reserve your party for a Iater time that is available.  

 Yes! We offer parking in the front as well as in the rear of our building. 

 We understand that sometimes delays happen. We offer a 15 minute grace period for all reservations. Please note arriving late will cut into your 2 hr experience. If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you give us a call prior to your reservation time. 

 Any deposits made are non refundable and non transferable, regardless of any updates to your party size. The Afternoon Tea is non-refundable. However, we do allow a one time reschedule if requested prior to the day of your reservation. 

 Unfortunately, we do not offer nut-free, dairy free or vegan options at this time. Please note that our desserts contain gluten. We appreciate your understanding. 

 Yes, you are welcome to bring a cake for your celebration. Please inform us in advance so we can accommodate with and assist with presentation. Please note that a $20 cake fee will be added your final bill.
